Do you have a setup cost?
Our monthly plans come with a $99 setup fee. We use this to build your marketing dashboard and custom graphics for your VIP Club. We waive the setup fee when you choose one of our annual plans.
Are my VIP contest emails delivered from my address?
Yes, all emails are sent from your email address. When your clients reply, their responses are delivered directly to your inbox.
Do I get to preview my VIP Club each month?
Yes, you have the opportunity to preview your campaigns and modify your content. You have the final say before campaigns are sent to your clients.
What kind of gift cards will I be giving out?
The winners of each contest can choose from over 30 vendors. These include Amazon, Best Buy, Apple, Starbucks, Cineplex, Walmart, over 25 restaurants, etc.
How often does the VIP Club go out?
Once a month like clockwork.
Who picks the winners of the contests?
Our system will recommend winners automatically based on your client engagement, and you also have the option to choose your own winners.
How much time should I commit each month to manage my VIP Club?
It’s up to you. You can let us do the heavy lifting, or you can be more hands-on with your campaigns. Generally, less than 30 minutes a month.
